This was in part to two things - location and Sanjay - the Hotel's concierge! The hotel is situated right in the center of Paris, where you can walk to most of the major attractions. So it was super convenient. We can't say enough about Sanjay. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our original flight was cancelled and Sanjay went out of his way to confirm our reservations - calling us at home in the states. He was super helpful. You can tell that he really enjoys his job.
