. Sastillman, Alevandria VA USA – « We Love this hotel » – January, 17th 2010
« My husband and I stayed at the Artus from Dec 28, 2010- Jan 5, 2011. It was our second time staying at the hotel. We LOVE this quartier (neighborhood) in Paris as it is lively, easy walking to almost anywhere you want to go and filled with great restaurants and shops. I emailed with Sanjay (this hotel’s famous consierge) numerous times prior to our arrival and he graciously helped us secure tickets to l’Opera and several restaurant reservations. Sanjay and his staff are welcoming, helpful, friendly and truly interested in ensuring the enjoyment of your stay. When we arrived at 6:30am on Dec 28, Sanjay greeted us at the entrance and was able to give us a room immediately. That was AWESOME!! The rooms are small but very well appointed and while in one of the busiest sections of the city, the rooms are also very quiet and calm. The breakfast provided by the hotel is another big plus. Great variety, fresh offerings and generous hospitality. I could go on and on but will just say, Artus is a hotel we will return to again and again. »
. Solesister, Port Douglas, Australia - »Modern, Chic, Parisian Boutique Hotel », January 4th 2011
« I loved this Hotel. It has an intimate, warm feeling but is modern and smart in decor. Staff are wonderful especially Sanjay who thought to get me a ticket to the Monet exhibition before I even got there and it was the highlight of my trip. I was travelling alone from Australia and I felt safe and very looked after by all at the Artus. The rooms are very modern, new and comfortable and were cleaned perfectly every day. Excellent Location, St Germaine is an upmarket little village in a big city. The Artus is near a train station, an easy walk to many of Paris highlights with many great cafe’s and restaurants only steps away. Highly Recommended. »
. Happy Cat, Washington DC USA – « Simply a terrific choice! », January 1st 2011
« The Hotel Artus is a wonderful choice for a visit to Paris. It is in a great location with practically everything within walking distance. Even the Metro is only two short blocks away, and you will feel immersed in the Parisian lifestyle because the area has a ‘local’ flavor. My room was immaculate with a tub/shower and a comfortable bed. The best part – the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Several reviews mention the concierge, Sanjay, and for good reason! Sanjay is an invaluable resource who truly cares for his guests. When I was concerned about the road conditions due to the recent Paris snow, I contacted Sanjay and he gave me great advice for how to get to the hotel by train (by the way – train is 8.5 euros with a 5-minute walk to the Hotel Artus vs. 50-60 euros for a taxi from CDG). I arrived at the hotel after the long, overnight flight to be greeted by name by Sanjay. Now, that’s VIP treatment! I highly recommend the Hotel Artus and would definitely stay there again. »
. Nick 040, Montréal, Canada – « Fantastic hotel for a remoantic stay in Paris », December 29th 2010
This is a small, lovely hotel. Rooms are efficient with luxury touches, although small. Hotel has everything we needed, including great chocolate, coffee, apples, a sauna, internet, etc. Mostly, though, it is in an incredible location — from walking distance to most things, and a few metro options within a handful of blocks. Staff lovely and supportive. I would stay here again.
. Cheryl, Vancouver, Canada – « Fabulous Hotel, Great Location » – May 2010.
« I chose this hotel based on the TA reviews and it didn’t disappoint. The St. Germain district is now my favourite area to stay in Paris. You walk out the door of the hotel and there are tons of restaurants, bakeries and shops to choose from. It feels like this is where the locals hang out. It’s within easy walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame, and the Eiffel Tower is approx. a 45 minute walk. The Metro is right around the corner.
As expected Sanjay was superb. We had an issue with our return flight home after the volcano and he made numerous phone calls for me and even phoned my cell to see if we’d made it home OK! As other reviews have mentioned, the other staff are all great as well.
Our room, #151, was a good size for a Paris hotel and very quiet, overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom is gorgeous; the shower is huge and with fantastic water pressure. There was ample storage and the bed was comfortable.
The only negative we noticed with the room is the carpet was a bit worn.
The breakfast room is cute and there was a good variety of food to choose from.
There is free wi-fi and a computer in the lobby for guest use.
We had some fabulous meals and recommend these 3 restaurants:
Au Beaujolais – we had lots of fun here with the waiter Alfred and the other server. The food was good, and very reasonable. I’m vegetarian and they made a special dish for me.
Le Christine – the food here was absolutely fantastic.
Fish – a great little restaurant with lots of atmosphere and good food. »
. Parkavegirl, New York, USA - « Perfect in every way » – April 2010
« We booked the Artus for our first trip to Paris. I did a lot of research before booking. I chose the Artus because of its ideal location and great reviews – I chose right!
This is the PERFECT location! It is on a great street with many cafés, pastry shops, and little food marts. It also doesn’t feel touristy at all, which was something that was important to us. You get a real feel for Paris. I would just walk around and get lost along the little side streets by the hotel, they are all so charming. We would stop at the many little restaurants on Rue De Buci for a late afternoon cocktail. Everyone just sits outside and people watch while sipping their cocktails.
The hotel is small but very chic and clean. We had room 116, facing rue de Buci. The room was great (small, but probably big compared to other Paris hotels) everything was very clean, and the shower was great. As some of the other reviews said there is no door to where the shower is (there is a little curtain that pulls down though). For us this was totally fine as I was with my husband, but I can see it posing a problem if you were traveling with someone you didn’t want to « see in their birthday suit ».
Sanjay was also very helpful. He called us before our stay to see if there was anything he could do for us. He made dinner reservations for us before we arrived and even printed out the map quest route to walk to the restaurants and put it in our room for us. He also called a car for us to pick us up from the train station for 50 euros — which wasn’t cheap but well worth it. The driver was waiting for us at the end of the quay with a sign with our name on it.
We had breakfast included and it was just fine. They had croissants, cereal, yogurt, eggs & bacon. I don’t know if it is included for everyone, but was easy enough to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day. If you don’t have breakfast included there are plenty of little cafés on the hotel’s street and a Paul across the street which has all the croissants and pastries, etc.
Bottom line – this was a GREAT hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Paris.
Just a side note for someone wanting a unique experience while in Paris – « Left Bank Scooters ». We booked this tour and it was amazing — check it out on trip advisor, I highly recommend! »
. McCalg, Calgary, Canada – « Perfect Paris Hotel » – April 2010
« My daughter & I stayed for 3 nights March 27-30. The other reviews are spot on – this is a perfect small hotel in a great location close to metro, many cafes and restaurants and within walking distance of all the major Paris attractions. The rooms are small but nicely appointed and with modern bathrooms, very comfortable. Sanjay lived up to his reputation and provided us with thoughtful touches that made our stay all the more pleasant. All of the other staff were polite & friendly as well. We didn’t sample breakfast as the local cafes were so attractive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the St Germain area in general, and will definitely stay there again next time I am in Paris. »
. Melodicmartin, London, UK – « Great little hotel in ideal location » – March 2010
« My French workmate recommended we stay in the St Germain des Pres district, as it was less obviously touristy than other parts of Paris – and she was right. It’s a lovely neighbourhood, full of delightful cafes, markets and shops. It seemed like « proper » Paris! Artus Hotel fitted in perfectly. Quaint, friendly and superbly located. The rooms are small – we were in room 114, which overlooked the street. But the fittings were very swish (the bathroom was excellent) and the bed very comfy. The staff were excellent; and the bonus of a small sauna room, after a long day peddling the Paris streets, was a nice touch. »
.Cheshire Boy20 – Cheshire, UK – » OUTSTANDING!!!!! » – February 2010
« The Hotel is in a superb bustling location surrounded by great Bistros, Bakeries and Cafe’s.
From this hotel we walked to the Louvre and Notre Dame well within 20 minutes along lovely streets with lots of Boutique shops and Cafe’s. The area feels like the real Paris with no ‘touristy’ trappings in sight.
The Artus Hotel is a very welcoming place and the staff are only too happy to help inparticular (the now famous on Trip Advisor) Sanjay who was just lovely. The room we stayed in was more than we expected for a city hotel. Modern, exceptionally clean and very comfortable.
Would we stay there again? WITHOUT DOUBT!! For the price we paid we’d recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Paris. »
. ErrantXavier, London, UK - « Awesome, awesome, awesome » – February 2010
« I took my partner here for her birthday, booking this hotel through the Eurostar website after checking the reviews on this very website.
The reviews are accurate, this hotel is awesome. Its central in the Saint-Germaine area of Paris – you step off the Metro and you’re at the hotel and the sights of Paris are all close by.
Sanjay is named by many as being one of the selling points for this hotel and they’re not wrong. I’ve never met a concierge like him. He recommended a perfect restaurant for us and whilst we were out, got us a reservation, printed directions and left a lovely little note for us about it upon our return. His recommendation was spot on.
I feel sorry for the other staff because Sanjay gets so much attention! They were all helpful and friendly too, but Sanjay simply knows his way around the area and is an exemplar of Service.
Room was a ‘classic’ room on the first floor overlooking the inner light well but we loved it. My other half didn’t want to leave.
We didn’t sample breakfast at the hotel because we were happy to have a lie-in but there are plenty of places close by to grab food, even if you miss breakfast at the hotel.
Perfect hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a short trip to Paris. »
. Bluebell, London, UK – « Exceptional hotel in exceptional circumstances » – December 2009
« I just wanted to say thanks to The Hotel Artus for making a potential disastrous « long weekend » as painless as possible. We were victims of the Eurostar snowgate episode just prior to Christmas and the hotel could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself is lovely and very central. I would throughly recommend for both its staff, its location and its value. Lovely..after 4 days stuck in Paris it began to feel like home! »
. NYCtoAustin, Austin, TX, USA – « Perfect Stay » – December 2009
« My husband and I stayed at the Artus hotel for our first trip to Paris. We stayed there for six nights in the junior suite. We got a great rate off Travelocity. I am very picky about hotel rooms and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
Room: The junior suite was large for a European hotel. The bed was very low but comfortable. The bathroom was very large and had a big jacuzzi, two sinks, and separate shower. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The only problem I could think of was the street noise. It’s a busy street so you will always hear people talking and police cars going by. It didn’t bother us, but it might if you are a light sleeper.
Service: I agree with everyone’s thoughts about Sanjay. He goes out of his way to provide the best service possible. He is very considerate. The rest of the staff was ok. They were nice enough, but were nothing like Sanjay.
Location: I loved the location. The Mabillion station is across the street and the St. Germain station is about 2 blocks away. There are lots of shops and restaurants around and there is a market on Tuesday-Saturday mornings on Rue de Buci. It was cold when we were there, but we were still able to walk to all the major sites. It was the perfect location for our first visit. »
. Cyberetto, Sydney, Australia – « Superb location, comfortable rooms » – December 2008
« The pros:
The location was superb: surrounded by restaurants and food markets, with a large amount of the main places to see in Paris within easy walking distance, and the Metro very close. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff, from reception to kitcen to cleaning staff, were all helpful and friendly, providing good recommendations on where to eat, remembering my beverage of choice at breakfast, and so on. The hotel was kept spotless, and my room was well cleaned every day. It was helpful to have breakfast provided, with a range of choices to suit eveyone’s tastes (I particularly liked having some egg at breakfast). I was pleasantly surprised to find an electric jug in the room so I could make my own tea, and the tea provided was excellent quaity. I loved the view, and despite being on the street was amazingly quiet. Only one nght (on a weekend), late, did I hear celebrations on the street, but that ony served to remind me of the lively location. The wireless access was speedy and worked well every day.
The cons:
While it is to be expected that rooms are small in Paris, this was a bit smaller than I would have preferred, but because all of the other points listed above far outweight the impact of this, I would still go back there in a heartbeat, and still recommend it to anyone I come across planning to visit Paris. »
. Mcal3K, Los Angeles, USA - « My 4th Stay at the Artus! » – Décembre 2009
« I love this hotel for the location and the service at the front desk. The area of rue Buci and its surroundings just can’t be beat. It is a market street itself, and it is surrounded by other streets full of bars, restaurants, history, and life. It is safe, it is fun, it never sleeps. In addition to the location, the front desk service is excellent. Sanjay helps with any need you may have and is detail oriented in every way. The staff never tires of giving directions and recommendations.
If it’s a quiet street you prefer, best not stay here, however. But if you want to be in the middle of everything, what a great choice. And from this location it is also easy to orient yourself to traveling to other parts of the city quite easily, whether by metro or on foot. »
. Ale_bg, Italia – « Tutto perfetto » – Novembre 2009
« Siamo stati all’hotel Artus per un week-end ed è stato semplicemente perfetto. Hotel veramente bello e curato nei minimi particolari. La nostra camera (la 133) affacciava direttamente sulla rue de Buci, senza rumori. Camera con tutti i confort compreso di Ipod player della bose. Colazione ottima con molta scelta. Lo consiglio vivamente. »
. TAadvisor, New York, USA – « Good value for your money » -November 2009
« The hotel Artus gave me exactly what I desired in a hotel – a cheap but clean place where I would feel comfortable strolling around in the evenings. It is a great value for the price, with a clean bed and bathroom. The walls and the carpets were not as clean as I would have liked, but the room was very cheap, and they were clean enough. The room was small, but that is to be expected in Paris. The surrounding area is safe and boisterous into the late hours, so you feel safe walking around on the rue de Buci. All in all, not an outstanding hotel, but clean and dependable, and in walking distance to the Louvre and Champs Elysées etc. »
. MPSerenbe, Atlanta, Georgia, USA - « Sanjay made our stay at the Artus Hotel Fabulous » – November 2009
« This was my 2nd stay at the Artus Hotel and I would never stay anywhere esle while in Paris. The first trip was with my husband and this trip was with my sister (leaving husbands and children at home). We booked the Junior Suite and loved our spacious room and the gorgeous view from our balcony. Sanjay is an absolute treasure. Although I adore the hotel, the reason we came back and will continue coming back is the wonderful hospitality of Sanjay. He booked fabulous restaurants for us, gave fantastic recommendations and is the hardest worker with constant smile on his face. I am already planning my next trip back! »
. Basil, Vancouver, Canada – « I cannot describe how great this is » – September 2009
« First and foremost, I have to say that this hotel has the « hands down » the world’s greatest concierge. The service at this hotel is simply unbelievable. I cannot say enough about how great the service was.
After booking this hotel on Tablet, I received an email and phone call from the concierge Sanjay asking if there was anything that he could do to improve our stay. What followed was… they booked an e-class Mercedes to pick us up from the airport… they had a folder with excellent restaurants to visit during our stay. They also had selected 5 hotels for us to stay when we went down south to Saint Tropez. All of their recommendations were perfect. Further, my wife caught the flu… they had a doctor in our room in under 30 minutes. Also, they had organized us information for the opera, by shows, location, price and the good and bad of each one. Not only is Sanjay a legend, but the other concierge people as well.
The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to everywhere. Excellent bistro’s, restaurants and shopping only minutes away.
The rooms itself for Paris standards is great.
Overall… super happy with the hotel. Definitely recommending it to my friends… and heading back there ASAP.
. OzTraveller4, Sydney, Australia – « There is no better place to stay – ANYWHERE!!! » – September 2009
» It took us ages to find a place to stay in Paris and we thought the price and reviews on Artus Hotel were good so booked. We arrived in Paris around midnight, absolutely exhausted only to find that I had incorrectly booked our accomodation for August and not September dates. The night watchman could give us a room for that night, but told us we would need to see the concierge in the morning as they were fully booked. The next morning we head down early to see the concierge……. What a delight Sanjay is. I was clearly upset about my mistake, but he had already dealt with it by the time we saw him. He had booked us into their sister hotel for that night (which was conveniently located around the corner), then we could go back to Artus for the remainder of our stay. He arranged our bags to be delivered to the other hotel and everything worked out amazingly. He is THE BEST CONCIERGE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. We had never been to Paris before, and he made sure we were comfortable in every way, giving us advise on where and how to get to places. The rooms are incredible, very spacious and clean and had all amenities. Breakfast was included in the package and was fantastic. The Hotel is in a great location (st Germain) and has some great cafes right at your doorstep, and it’s very central to all the major sights. As great as the hotel was, Sanjay definitely made the stay one i will never forget. When we return to Paris we will only be staying at the Artus hotel – nothing would compare. »
. Aprice88, Hoboken, New Jersy, USA – « Stop driving yourself nuts looking. STAY HERE. » – September 2009
« I spent way too many hours researching hotels on TripAdvisor (and elsewhere). This was our 1st trip to Paris and it was tough to narrow down a selection. Once we decided on the St Germain area it became easier, but still overwhelming. I called around and, based on price and the trip advisro reviews, chose the Artus.
For us, it was perfect. The area was GREAT. Very cool and fun area and also around the block from the Metro. We also walked alllllll over Paris and this was a convenient starting point. Also, the best part about the hotel is Sanjay, the concierge/receptionist/the nicest person ever. Once he understood our traveling requests he did things like make our reservations to dinner without us even asking! He was extremely helpful and very kind and he really goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay.
As mentioned in other postings the rooms are small but completely adequate and quite nice. They are clean, elegant, and modern. Our window opened up to Rue De Buci, which was a lively and fun scene to be a part of. Our rate also included free wifi and breakfast which was great.
We’ll be back to the Artus and we plan to tell all of our friends about it. I couldn’t find anything even close in this price range. The only reason it would be worth paying more is if you must have a larger room. Otherwise, the Artus is the way to go. A great home base and almost a home away from home. »
. From Mlouisa, Athens, Greece, December 9th 2008
« With my best friend, we stayed at the Artus Hotel for five days, at the beginning of December. We chose this hotel after extensive research and based on reviews.
Generally, the hotel met our expectations. Our room –twin bedded deluxe- was small, but we expected that, since most rooms in Paris are small. But its design was clever, and the furnishing well appointed. For two women travelling with quite a lot of things and clothes, the space was adequate.
The room was fairly clean, the beds comfortable, the shower lovely, and the temperature delightedly warm, since the weather was very cold.
A free PC in the lobby offered no-cost internet access. Also the room had an electronic safe, which is something that I always find extremely useful.
As most people in this site mention, the location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. At the centre of Paris, in an area full of shops, bistros and cafes. I would recommend the “Le Relais de l’ Entrecote”, the Brasserie Lipp, and the Café de Flore for its excellent hot chocolate and pastries. Just across the street there is a metro station, and a taxi station. But even for those who like to walk, some of the most popular attractions, like the Louvre and the Notre Dame, are quite near.
Finally, I can not agree more with other people’s comments about the quality of service provided by the concierge Sanjay. This man really enjoys his work and it shows, in the way that he tries his best to satisfy the requests of all guests with the best possible way. We asked his help to book some opera tickets before our arrival, and he even called us to confirm all the details. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in my life, all over the world, and I can definitely say that such level of professionalism is rare. Also another concierge, Karim, was very polite and I was impressed with his help when I had a small incident, I cut my hand.
We will definately consider the Artus for our next trip to Paris. »
. From Patti
« Dear Sanjay,
Once again, thank you so much for storing our heavy bags. We were a few damsels in distress when we arrived but thanks to your kindness, we were able to spend our short time in Paris with no worries. The three of us came to France hoping to find lots of beautiful subject matter to paint and indeed we found what we were after. What came as a great surprise were the many wonderful people whose paths we crossed that made our trip so rich on a personal level. I put you at the top of that list.
Perhaps I will see you at the Artus Hotel the next time I’m in Paris.
Kindest regards,
Patti »

. From Whitby, Canada, 16 sept 2008
« This was our 4th trip to Paris and have stayed previously at other so called equivalent Hotels which were not even close to what this Hotel offered.
The Artus was fantastic! We had a newly renovated room that was equal to any US or Canadian Room.
We were a 10-15 minute walk to Notre Dame, across the street from the Metro and a 5 minute walk to some of the best shopping in Paris.
The staff were extremely helpful and pursued a number of reservations and tickets for us, successfully I might add.
We will definitely be back! »
. A traveler from New York, USA – “Longtime favorite – like a home away from home” – Jun 16, 2008
« I’ve stayed at the Artus many times over the past eight years or so, and it just keeps getting better. It doesn’t even cross my mind to stay anywhere elsem when I go to Paris. For a 3-star hotel, the quality throughout is better than many 4-stars. Rooms have everything you need – beds and linens are good, bathrooms are well-appointed, and everything is extremely clean. Staff is terrific, helpful, and always friendly. If you’re new to Paris – this location is ideal … 2 minute walk to St. Germain des Pres; lovely 5 minute walk to the Seine (or an hour walk if you want to browse the antique and art galleries as you go) – and you’re directly across the river from the Louvre. »
. A guest from Philadelphia, 25 nov. 2007
« My girlfriend and I stayed at the Artus and since we used this site for information, I wanted to share our experiences there. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and approachable. Sanjay was wonderful. The evening staff were also helpful. We booked our room via Expedia for $245/night. I feel we got a good value for the price. After all, this IS Paris. Yes, the room (132) was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows perfect. The modern decor of the lobby and breakfast area was perfect. Breakfast downstairs was good if you didn’t want to face Paris too early. And at 15 euros each, it was comparable to what a decent breakfast would cost. The location is great, the St. Germain des Pres area is full of activity, and anything you could want is steps away. So I guess I would recommend this hotel. It IS an excellent value in a very expensive city. So, what are you waiting for ??? »
« The location cannot be beat….So many cafes and restaurants to choose from….People everywhere throughout the day and night. The decor was nice and the bed was comfortable. Sanjay was wonderful as were the rest of the staff…they would help /do whatever you needed with a smile!!!!!!! The breakfast which was included for us, was very good and a great way to start the day! »
. A guest from New Jersey, USA – 13 juil. 2007 : « Best Hotel and staff ever »
« This hotel is fabulous. It is very sophisticated and contemporary in style. The rooms are small but very modern in design and extremely comfortable. The location is great and it is easy to get to all the major sites and museums by foot, bus, or train. The staff made our visit exceptional. They were friendly, interested in our daily comings and goings, absolutely motivated to make our experience in Paris special. Sanjay and the entire staff became our friends away from home. We will stay there again on our next trip to Paris. »
. A guest from Washington, DC, USA – 5 juil. 2007: “ erfect location and close to nutella-filled crepes too! »
« I just returned yesterday from a 6 day trip to Paris with my girlfriends and we could not have been happier with the Hotel Artus. No review would be complete without acknowledging and thanking Sanjay for being the perfect host, travel guide and smiling face after returning from a long day of sightseeing (and shopping, boy did we do a lot of shopping). There were four of us total so we had 2 per room (Room 101 and 111). We were told that Room 101 was the largest in the hotel and it was very big compared to what one normally gets in Europe. The bed was comfortable with nice linens (though no top sheet which might just be European but sort of plays on my yuck factor) and the bathroom was huge.
The lobby is very modern with comfy couches and cool artwork.
You can’t beat the hotel for location as it’s super close to the metro but I must say we pretty much walked everywhere as the city is very walkable and you get to see more (especially when the gay pride parade is going on which I highly recommend for a unique Parisian experience – it rivals NYC and Washington DC for sure! Great fun!).
Anyway, I am pretty picky about my hotels and typically try to stay in 4/5 stars in the US and prefer hotels like the W, Ritz and Four Seasons (when I can get a good deal) and this hotel, while not Ritz-level, has the vibe of a W with the hospitality of a cozy bed and breakfast. It was so nice to be able to stop for drinks at the end of the day at Cafe Mabillon or Chai and just pop back into the room to change or drop off bags. There are plenty of great restaurants and we had an amazing pre-departure Italian meal at Del Papa which is only 2 doors from the Artus. Don’t miss the spaghetti bolognese or carbonara and frankly it’s a nice change from jambon and fromage! There is plenty of shopping right around the hotel and lots of art galleries for window shopping. We felt very very safe in the area and the cafes were hopping until 2am and on though we never heard much if any street noise.
We searched and searched in an attempt to find the right hotel in Paris and we did not go wrong with the Artus. It’s Fodor’s rated which made us feel a little more secure but trust us, you’ll be very happy here. Ask Sanjay about where to go, where to eat, or even for a car to get you back to the airport at 6am (that held lots of bags filled with sale month goodies!) and you will not be disappointed. He’s just the best as we can’t say enough good things about him. Try restaurant Entrecote and Cafe Visconti for dinner in the neighborhood too. There’s also great gelato right around the corner and a crepe stand. Did we mention the crepe stand?! I think my thighs now look like nutella-filled crepes after this trip but boy was it worth it. Bon voyage! »

We enjoyed our stay at this very well situated hotel. Sanjay, the Hotel’s concierge, was incredibly helpful and helped us make the most of our vacation.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Artus. This was in part to two things – location and Sanjay – the Hotel’s concierge! The hotel is situated right in the center of Paris, where you can walk to most of the major attractions. So it was super convenient. We can’t say enough about Sanjay. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our original flight was cancelled and Sanjay went out of his way to confirm our reservations – calling us at home in the states. He was super helpful. You can tell that he really enjoys his job. Thank-you for making our 20th wedding anniversary memorable! When we return to Paris we definitely will stay here again!
