To find the best baguette in Paris you will have to climb up to Montmarte’s hill: Au Duc de la Chapelle.
The best baguette in Paris is made by 28-year-old Anis Bouabsa. He recently snagged the 2008 Grand Prix de la
Baguette de la Ville de Paris, along with a contract to supply the daily bread to President Sarkozy. Bouabsa’s baguette uses flour from Les Moulins Bourgeois, and people flock to his shop in the upper reaches of the 18th for a taste.
Closed on weekends.
